Quick POS runs on any device with a standard web browser—Macs, Windows PCs, iPads, and Android tablets. It pairs with USB or Bluetooth receipt printers (Epson, Star Micronics), barcode scanners, and automatic cash drawers.
Yes. You can import all inventory data using Excel or CSV spreadsheets. The import covers product names, SKUs, barcode values, prices, categories, and initial quantities. We also provide templates in your setup console.
Absolutely. If the internet goes down, Quick POS continues processing checkout transactions locally. All sales and ticket printouts run offline, and data automatically syncs to the cloud once internet connectivity is restored.
We directly integrate with Stripe Terminal and Square Readers for card swipe/tap payments. If you use external card terminals (like Adyen or traditional bank machines), you can process them manually and log them as "Card Tenders" in Quick POS.
We leverage enterprise-level bank encryption (256-bit SSL) to secure connection streams. Your sales and stock databases are stored across redundant servers with automatic hourly backups. You can export complete CSV ledger tables anytime.
