Welcome to Quick POS. By provisioning registers, importing stocks, or processing checkout invoices using our browser-based billing terminal system, you agree to comply with the terms specified below.

1. Active Register & Subscription Limits

Merchant profiles must maintain billing subscriptions matching their active register terminal counts. Exceeding terminal quantities associated with your active plan triggers automated notifications to contact our sales office for upgrades.

2. System Uptime SLA

We commit to maintaining a 99.9% uptime target. In the event of system-wide outages, offline billing caches transaction history locally. Offline transaction logs remain your responsibility until sync completes.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions charge monthly. Cancel anytime from your account settings console. Upon cancellation, database stock tables and invoicing files remain downloadable for 30 days before cloud erasure loops.
