At Quick POS, accessible from quick-pos.com, protecting the privacy and transaction security of our merchant partners is a core priority. This document outlines the types of data collect processes run by Quick POS servers.

1. Data Collection & Usage

When you register registers on Quick POS, we gather account information: company names, invoice email addresses, localized store hours, and active terminal quantities. We utilize this to:

  • Provision cloud register servers for billing terminals
  • Synchronize transaction history and ledger totals securely
  • Generate low-stock email triggers and weekly accounting graphs
  • Comply with local GST/VAT invoice audit regulations

2. Register Transaction Security

All point of sale database streams are encrypted using 256-bit SSL connection layers. Credit card transactions pair directly with Stripe or Square processing hardware—Quick POS servers never store customer pin numbers, magnetic track data, or full credit card digits on internal logs.

3. Data Retention and Erasure

Merchant partners retain full authority over database contents. You can request a complete CSV export of invoices, sales ledger lines, and stock catalogs, or command a permanent erasure of terminal registers by emailing support@quick-pos.com.
